We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Manager QHSE across our European Fixed Base Operations (FBO) network. In this pivotal role, you will drive compliance with international standards (including Part ARGH) and French EHS regulations, while embedding a strong, future-focused culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Based in Paris, you will operate at a regional level, collaborating across borders and cultures to elevate standards and deliver operational excellence.
Your mission â€
¢   Own and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with aviation standards and best practicesâ€
¢   Ensure regulatory compliance, with strong oversight of French EHS requirements and relevant European frameworksâ€
¢   Drive continuous improvement across the network, focusing on practical and effective process enhancementsâ€
¢   Analyze Q/EHS performance data, identify trends, and support informed decision-makingâ€
¢   Work closely with local leaders to strengthen a proactive and people-focused safety cultureâ€
¢   Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear guidance and training on risk management and compliance topicsâ€
¢   Lead interactions with regulators and auditors, ensuring professional and confident representationâ€
¢   Promote alignment and collaboration across a multicultural and geographically distributed teamYour profile â€
¢   Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or similarâ€
¢   5+ years’ experience in Q/EHS roles within aviation or related industriesâ€
¢   Proven leadership experience in quality and safety (minimum 2 years)â€
¢   Fluent in French and Englishâ€
¢   Deep expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS) (Part ARGH, ISBAH or equivalent)â€
¢   Strong knowledge of French EHS. Knowledge of Aviation FBO regulations is a plus.â€
¢   A track record of driving measurable improvement and operational excellenceâ€
¢   A modern leadership style, with high cultural intelligence and the ability to engage diverse teamsâ€
¢   Excellent communication and influencing skills, from frontline teams to senior stakeholdersâ€
¢   A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesâ€
¢   Experience leading transformation and change initiativesâ€
