Regional Sales Manager – Critical Infrastructure
Sub-Saharan Africa
RADWIN is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow our Critical Infrastructure business across Sub-Saharan Africa.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining sales, business development, channel management, and technical solution selling. You’ll work with customers and partners across sectors such as utilities, mining, transportation, ports, oil & gas, public safety, and smart cities.
The role requires 40–60% travel across the region and reports to the Regional Sales Director.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow the sales pipeline across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Develop new business and manage opportunities from qualification through closing.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Recruit and develop channel partners while maintaining direct engagement with strategic customers.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling wireless solutions.
Lead customer presentations, demonstrations, PoCs, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
Develop technical and commercial proposals, including network designs, BOMs, and RF planning.
Work independently and take full ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through successful handover.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or business development within wireless, microwave, IP networking, or telecommunications.
Proven experience selling into Critical Infrastructure, industrial, or enterprise customers, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Strong technical understanding of wireless networking and the ability to confidently discuss solutions with technical stakeholders.
Experience managing complex sales opportunities, tenders, partners, and negotiations.
Strong commercial mindset with solid pipeline and forecast management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior executives.
Independent, proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures.
An Advantage
Experience with RF planning, link budgets, network design, and solution architecture.
Experience with mission-critical applications such as video surveillance, industrial connectivity, private networks, resilient backhaul, or operational communications.
Existing relationships with customers or partners in the Sub-Saharan African Critical Infrastructure market.
