This is a Head Office-based role responsible for tracking operational activities, coordinating information from field teams, analysing data, maintaining management dashboards and providing the CEO with clear and timely updates. You do not need to be an agricultural expert. What matters most is your ability to manage multiple workstreams, pay close attention to detail, follow up proactively, identify issues and turn information into useful business insights. Maintain accurate trackers, calendars and dashboards for ongoing activities. Collect, consolidate and analyse operational data from different sites and teams. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for the CEO. Identify delays, gaps, inconsistencies and operational risks and escalate them promptly. Follow up with internal teams to ensure pending actions are completed on time. Track the usage and availability of key operational inputs, materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records of activities, costs, consumption and performance. Coordinate information flow between Head Office and field teams. Support the development and improvement of operational processes and reporting systems. Ensure agreed actions are followed through and nothing falls through the cracks. Use AI tools and other digital solutions to improve reporting, analysis and productivity.
