Company: BNP Paribas Title: Student Assistant (all genders) with Focus on GIS – Real Estate Research – Hamburg In Hamburg, we are looking for you starting October 15, 2026 as a Student Assistant (all genders) with a focus on GIS / Real Estate Research. Ideally, you can work 12–20 hours per week with us. Comprehensive support of our Research team Participation in the collection and preparation of geospatial data Independent analysis of large datasets Project-based GIS analyses Ad hoc support for our Investment Consulting and nationwide transaction teams Integration into both local Research and nationwide Consult teams Expertise & Soft

Skills:
Enrollment in a relevant program such as Geodesy & Geoinformatics, Geography, Urban Planning, Data Science, or similar Very good command of German and English, plus strong MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel) Experience with GIS software (QGIS, Esri ArcGIS) Basic programming skills in Python Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is a plus Passion for analytical work and a strong affinity for numbers Enthusiasm for proactively learning about new topics and subject areas Service orientation, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset You don’t meet every requirement?
