- IT project management (senior level) Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel Planning, risk management, dependency management, and trade-off management Budget and deadline tracking Stakeholder management across business, IT, and external vendors/publishers Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies Jira Confluence Ability to communicate with development teams and understand technical issues E-commerce knowledge (site journeys, search engine, e-merchandising) and/or CRM/relationship/loyalty program knowledge Steering governance facilitation (COMOP/COPIL) Functional and technical qualification/validation of delivered developments Change management with end users Strong communication and alignment skills Employment type:
