As we continue expanding our Project Management Consulting, Digital PMO, and Project Controls business across Europe and international markets, we are looking for experienced Project Planning & Controls professionals with Infrastructure & Transportation projects experience to join our growing team. We are interested in profiles ranging from Project Planner / Scheduler to Project Planning Manager and Project Planning & Controls professionals, depending on experience and project background. This is an opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced Infrastructure projects and support project teams in developing, managing, analyzing, and improving integrated project schedules and project controls processes. You will work closely with project leadership, construction teams, contractors, and key project stakeholders to provide reliable planning information, identify schedule risks, support decision-making, and improve overall project delivery performance. Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and seniority, your responsibilities may include: Develop, manage, and maintain detailed integrated project schedules for Infrastructure projects. Establish project baseline and target programmes in accordance with project requirements, execution strategies, and contractual obligations. Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and commercial activities within an integrated project programme. Collect, validate, and consolidate project progress information. Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates, progress reports, dashboards, and management information. Perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, float analysis, and trend monitoring. Identify schedule slippages, delays, constraints, and potential project risks. Develop mitigation strategies, corrective actions, recovery programmes, and schedule scenarios. Support project rebaselining and programme restructuring activities. Monitor key project milestones, interfaces, dependencies, and handover requirements. Support change management and schedule impact assessments. Analyze project metrics and trends to evaluate project performance. Provide clear planning and project controls advice to project leadership and client teams. Attend project, progress, coordination, and planning meetings. Communicate programme changes and support the resolution of critical planning issues. Prepare and deliver schedule presentations and programme reviews to senior stakeholders. Support the continuous improvement of planning, scheduling, and project controls processes. Contribute to APP's Digital PMO and project controls methodologies, tools, and best practices. Travel and work onsite as required by project needs. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls. Previous experience in Transportation projects is highly desirable. Experience in complex construction, MEP, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or engineering projects will also be considered. Strong experience with Primavera P6 is required. Experience with Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, TILOS, Deltek Acumen, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Unifier, Aconex, Procore, or other project controls platforms is an advantage. Strong understanding of scheduling principles, Critical Path Method (CPM), Linear Planning, Lean Construction, progress measurement, forecasting, and schedule performance analysis. Experience in baseline development, schedule updates, recovery planning, and rebaselining. Ability to understand and integrate design, procurement, construction, MEP, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and engage effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. Professional proficiency in French and English. Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or other European languages are an advantage. Why join APP?
