Job Title: HR Team Leader
Location:
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Reports to: HR Director Position Nayak Aircraft Services France is looking for an experienced HR Team Leader. As an HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and HR processes. You will manage HR operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing both the employee experience and company performance. You will also act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent HR practices throughout the organization. Main Responsibilities Full management of the recruitment process: identifying hiring needs, active candidate sourcing using company-provided tools, posting job advertisements, CV screening, conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding — in line with Nayak’s employer branding strategy Oversight of the entire HR lifecycle, ensuring efficient management of all operational HR processes from onboarding through to offboarding Monitoring recruitment KPIs and updating HR reporting to support data-driven decision-making Updating and managing HR data within company systems Supporting employee administration in collaboration with payroll and external consultants Managing and archiving contractual documentation Handling employee relations and supporting managers with day-to-day HR issues Supporting disciplinary procedures, HR issues, and internal conflict resolution Assisting in performance management processes, salary review cycles, and employee evaluations Supporting employer branding and employee well-being initiatives Ensuring compliance with labour law, HR best practices, and internal company policies Contributing innovative ideas to the development and improvement of HR administrative processes, in line with Group HR strategy Implementing, executing, and optimizing HR administrative processes in collaboration with HR management and external consultants Setting up employee secondment processes within Group companies Profil: Required Skills Ability to manage HR activities independently as well as collaboratively within a team in an international environment Ability to coordinate HR activities (recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc.) in alignment with operational and production needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving environment Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Requirements Master’s degree in human resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in structured or international environments, with a strong recruitment focus Proven experience in managing HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Experience in supporting or managing HR projects and initiatives Excellent command of English Previous experience in the aviation industry will be considered an asset Autres informations:
