About The Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our AI Platform team, focusing on DiliTrust's proprietary AI engine, Lini. This engine powers a variety of intelligent features such as Ask Lini, Risk Detector, Document Summarization, and Minute Generation, forming the core of our AI capabilities across the suite. As a Software Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of AI, product development, and engineering, contributing to the design, development, and scaling of innovative AI-powered features. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including machine learning specialists, product managers, and other engineering squads, to deliver high-quality, reliable AI solutions that enhance our product offerings. You will play a key part in shaping the architecture and technical strategy to ensure Lini's performance, scalability, and integration excellence, ultimately helping DiliTrust maintain its leadership in governance technology. Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with B2B SaaS platforms in production environments Proven experience owning features from conception through deployment and iteration Strong proficiency in Vue.js 3 and Node.js or TypeScript Solid understanding of web architectures and REST/API design principles Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data/ML teams Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products and LLM integration patterns (e.g., RAG, streaming, context management) is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong sense of ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work collaboratively Curiosity about AI and ML technologies and their application in product design Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Lini-powered features across the DiliTrust platform, including API development and frontend integration Collaborate closely with ML teams, product managers, and other engineering squads to deliver high-impact AI features Participate in architecture discussions, proposing solutions to technical challenges related to LLM integration, scalability, and context management Write well-tested, maintainable, and documented code, actively participating in code reviews Establish and uphold engineering standards related to testing, observability, and CI/CD practices Identify cross-team dependencies early and contribute to resolving blockers to ensure smooth progress Continuously enhance your understanding of LLM patterns, AI product design, and emerging AI technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team Benefits Opportunity to join a fast-growing, international company with diverse offices across France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Germany, USA, Dubai, and Morocco Flexible remote work policy to support work-life balance Competitive benefits including comprehensive health coverage, lunch vouchers, profit sharing bonuses, and more Collaborative and inclusive work environment fostering professional growth and development Access to cutting-edge AI and software technologies and projects Equal Opportunity DiliTrust is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
