About the role
Own user acquisition strategy across your portfolio of app Launch, optimize and analyse campaign performance and player acquisition data, turning insights into clear optimisation decisions. Lead the optimisation efforts across creatives, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns, scale new games and deliver performance Collaborate closely with other teams from Product, Data & Creatives to align, share insights & make decisions. Part of the Squared marketing team at our headquarter, in Paris, Boulogne. What we’re looking for 5 minimum years of experience in User Acquisition with proven track record of successfully scaling new games Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly Ability to navigate between both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimisation Curious and eager to continuously test, learn and improve Fluent in French & English
