Job Description
Project Context Within a large portfolio of industrial and energy projects across the EMEA region, effective management of engineering and project modifications is critical to ensuring project success, compliance, and operational efficiency. To support ongoing projects, a Project Change Manager is required to coordinate and oversee the complete Management of Change (MOC) process. Acting as the central point of coordination between all stakeholders, this role will ensure that project modifications are properly assessed, documented, implemented, and formally closed while maintaining full traceability and compliance. This position is based in Charenton-le-Pont (France) and requires regular interaction with multidisciplinary project teams across Europe. Occasional travel within Europe is expected (approximately once per month). The assignment is expected to last more than 6 months and will start as soon as possible. Position Overview The Project Change Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of change requests across multiple projects within the EMEA portfolio. Working within a matrix organization and reporting functionally to each Project Engineer, this role will ensure the smooth execution of the Management of Change process from initial identification through final closure. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, monitor action plans resulting from approved modifications, and provide continuous visibility to Project teams regarding the status and progress of all MOCs.

Key Responsibilities
Management of Change (MOC) Coordination Manage and supervise the complete lifecycle of Management of Change (MOC) requests. Ensure all modifications are properly recorded, tracked, and documented within the internal MOC system. Maintain full traceability and compliance throughout the change management process. Monitor progress and ensure timely advancement of each change request until closure. Stakeholder Management & Impact Assessment Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Project Management. Facilitate discussions and reviews regarding proposed modifications. Ensure all technical, operational, quality, schedule, and business impacts are properly assessed. Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the approval process. Action Plan Implementation Follow up with responsible parties to ensure agreed actions are completed on time. Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or risks related to change implementation. Escalate critical issues when required and support mitigation plans. Verify that corrective and preventive actions are effectively deployed. Compliance, Reporting & Documentation Validate the completeness of all actions associated with approved modifications. Perform formal and documented closure of MOCs within the internal system. Prepare regular status updates and progress reports for Project Engineers and Project Teams. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, project governance, and quality requirements. Provide full visibility on modification status, risks, and outstanding actions. Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:
at last 15 years of experience with previous experience in Change Management, Project Engineering, Project Controls, or Project Coordination within industrial projects. Project Environment: Proven experience working on EPC, EPCM, or large-scale industrial projects. Coordination

Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders in a matrix organization. Communication: Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Languages: Fluent English and French (mandatory).
