About the Role
We're building an elite pool of native French-speaking freelancers to support high-impact AI data projects. This includes annotation, quality review, and red-teaming work for advanced AI systems. We're specifically looking for candidates with strong academic credentials from top French institutions who bring analytical rigor, attention to detail, and subject-matter depth.
What You'll Do
Annotate and label data according to structured guidelines Review and quality-check AI-generated or human-annotated content Conduct red-teaming exercises to stress-test AI model outputs Provide structured feedback and identify edge cases or failure patterns Who We're Looking For Native French speaker, based in France Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD from a top-tier French institution (e.g., Grandes Écoles, Sorbonne Université, PSL, Sciences Po, ENS, Polytechnique, HEC Paris, CentraleSupélec, or equivalent) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Comfortable working independently on structured digital tasks Prior experience in research, data annotation, linguistics, or content review is a plus (not required)
