DevOps Solutions Architect Stakha is recruiting a DevOps Solutions Architect (up to 90k€, remote from FRANCE) to join an AI startup building autonomous agents for enterprise IT infrastructure. Their platform helps enterprise teams investigate, troubleshoot and automate complex infrastructure operations across on-prem, private cloud and hybrid environments. Remote from France, with occasional customer travel 💵

What you'll do
Deploy and configure the platform in complex Enterprise environments. Work directly with customers during POCs, onboarding and production deployments. Debug AI agents, infrastructure and production issues. Turn customer challenges into reliable AI workflows. Partner closely with Engineering to improve the product through real-world feedback. 🎯 What we're looking for ✅ Must-have Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or in a similar customer-facing infrastructure role. Strong Linux, networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skills. Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Ansible. Fluent in French and English (written & spoken). Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with customers and technical teams. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Adaptable and curious, able to quickly move between different technologies and environments. 🍒 Nice to have Experience with VMware, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or regulated/on-prem environments. Regular use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. �
