Role Overview As a GIS Systems Architect, you will design, size, install, and configure ArcGIS Enterprise environments for utility customers. You will advise clients on on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployment scenarios and perform ongoing operational tasks such as health checks, maintenance, and updates.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization & Customer Consultation Size ArcGIS Enterprise environments based on expected system load for utility clients Compare on-premises, cloud, and hybrid operational scenarios Advise customers through presentations and workshops; prepare technical decision-making documents Installation & Configuration Install and configure ArcGIS Enterprise and VertiGIS components in customer and managed service environments Harden systems and advise on required network access configurations Create system diagrams and installation documentation for handover to operations Operations & Technical Coordination Perform health checks and root-cause analysis on live ArcGIS Enterprise environments Plan and execute maintenance and update procedures Coordinate ArcGIS Enterprise technical aspects within projects and prepare technical content for customer proposals and tenders Requirements Experience with ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Portal within ArcGIS Enterprise environments Experience installing and configuring ArcGIS Enterprise Basic knowledge of network and security requirements for ArcGIS Enterprise deployments Language
