About The Role
What if your MBA — your hard-won command of corporate finance, market strategy, and organizational dynamics — could directly shape how AI advises business leaders around the world? We're looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and train advanced AI models on the real complexities of executive decision-making. You'll design rigorous business problems, author authoritative solutions, and audit AI reasoning across the domains that matter most in the boardroom. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract

What You'll Do
Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses — including financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the gold standard for AI training Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Refine AI Thinking — Identify and correct flawed reasoning — such as sunk cost errors, WACC miscalculations, or missing macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, actionable feedback Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution Deeply knowledgeable in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management A skilled analytical writer — able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-quality summaries and recommendations Naturally precise and detail-oriented when working with financial models, data interpretation, and structured business arguments Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous, flexible schedule No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Background in data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation workflows Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL Experience designing case studies, training materials, or professional assessments Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge language model development Fully remote and flexible — set your own hours and work from anywhere Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually stimulating work Make a direct impact on how AI reasons through the business problems that matter at the executive level Potential for ongoing work and contract renewal as new projects launch
