Your Challenge We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer Solutions (m/f/d) to join Endress+Hauser Process Analysis Support, our European Center of Excellence dedicated to advanced analytical solutions. As a key contributor to business development, you will support customer projects from the early stages by identifying opportunities, qualifying applications, and developing high value-added technical solutions for European and EMEA markets. You will play a central role in supporting sales teams, developing commercial offers, and contributing to the successful execution of complex projects. Your Responsibilities Business Development & Pre-Sales Activities Support Business Industry Managers in developing new applications and emerging markets such as hydrogen, CO₂, LNG, and sustainable solutions. Technically qualify business opportunities through needs analysis, scope definition, risk assessment, and feasibility studies. Provide technical and application support to sales teams. Participate in the validation of Requests for Quotation (RFQs). Develop and structure commercial proposals integrating third-party analyzers and partner solutions. Proposal Development Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in close collaboration with Product Management, Project Engineering, Production, and other relevant departments. Coordinate stakeholders involved in complex projects. Participate in technical reviews, customer acceptance tests, and contractual support activities. Support sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle in order to maximize opportunity conversion into orders. Project Handover & Initiation Receive, register, and process customer orders. Ensure effective transfer of information and organize project kick-off meetings with the Project Engineering team. Facilitate a smooth transition from commercial activities to project execution phases. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering tools, and knowledge databases. Capture lessons learned and application know-how to improve collective performance and solution standardization. Manage administrative and documentation follow-up related to RFQs, proposals, and orders.
Your Profile
Education Master's Degree or Engineering Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Analytics, Chemistry, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, technical sales support, or project coordination within industrial process industries. Skills & Competencies Fluent English proficiency (minimum C1 level). Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Energy, and ATEX environments. Ability to combine technical expertise with customer-oriented solution development. Strong teamwork, enthusiasm, curiosity, and proactive mindset. Willingness to travel occasionally within France and internationally.
