Responsibilities:
IDC On-Site Duty & Emergency Response
Perform 5×8 IDC data center on-site duty as required by Customer.
Be able to quickly respond or arrive on-site for support during non-
working hours
in accordance with emergency response requirements.
Compliance & Integrity
Adhere strictly to asset management regulations and customer policies on integrity, compliance, and legality.
Ensure all work processes are lawful and compliant.
Strictly prohibit unauthorized code generation, data falsification, and misreporting.
Warehouse Entry & Exit Management
Enforce strict access control and registration for personnel and assets entering and exiting the warehouse, following asset SOP procedures.
Asset Management Tools & SLA Compliance
Be proficient in asset management tools and platforms.
Respond to and execute work orders according to Service Level Agreements (SLA), ensuring SLA compliance and asset data accuracy.
Provide optimization suggestions for asset management and workflow processes.
IDC Environment & Asset Security
Be familiar with IDC environment safety and asset security management protocols.
Strictly follow asset SOPs for asset storage, transportation, movement, decommissioning, and disposal, ensuring asset integrity.
Have the ability to propose improvements to security measures for both environmental and asset protection.
Asset Inventory & Data Accuracy
Conduct comprehensive asset inventory checks, ensuring the consistency of asset location, serial number (SN), status, and model.
Maintain 100% accuracy in asset records.
Be proficient in asset management tools and related software for fast data retrieval, analysis, and anomaly detection. Educational Background
Degree Requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
Major Requirement: Related fields. Work Experience

At least 3 years.

Familiarity with common data center equipment, such as switches, servers, and frequently used accessories and consumables, including optical modules, circuit boards, and fiber optic cables.
Experience in warehouse management.
Knowledge of storage environment requirements, including dust and moisture prevention measures.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Core Competencies
