Job Description
Rattaché(e) au Team Lead Field Service EMEA, le/la Technicien.ne Field Service EMEA sera en charge des points suivants (liste non exhaustive) : Réparer une panne simple (maintenance 1 et 2) en autonomie Diagnostiquer la nature et l’origine d’un panne Préciser, traduire les demandes d’assistance et assurer le suivi auprès des clients jusqu’à la résolution Documenter les interventions réaliser et capitaliser le retour d’expérience suite à celles-ci Participer à l’établissement de la documentation technique liée aux activités de maintenance Déplacements nationaux (en moyenne 3/semaines) Planifier les interventions avec les clients Préparer les interventions de maintenance chez les clients (pièces et outils) Assurer le suivi des pièces (gestion du stock nécessaire aux interventions) Assurer l’installation des dispositifs chez les clients Assurer la maintenance préventive des exosquelettes chez les clients Assurer les mises à jour / upgrades pour les clients internes et externes Assurer les changements de réglages et la configuration logiciel des dispositifs pour les différents Preferred Experience Diplôme : BTS (Bac +2/3 technique) Expérience requise : 1-3 ans d’expérience dans un poste de maintenance industrielle ou de maintenance en robotique (ou similaire) Compétences requises: Culture technologique des systèmes et des composants mécaniques
