Business Transformation Consultant at BairesDev As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing existing workflows and designing optimized future-state processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with execution plans, ensuring that organizational goals are met through structured methodologies.

What You'll Do
Lead requirements gathering sessions and map complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities. Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within agile frameworks. Manage and align expectations across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure seamless change management. Partner with project teams to actively refine product backlogs and prioritize key deliverables. Coordinate and document end-to-end User Acceptance Testing processes to validate solution readiness. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or a related role. Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process mapping. Strong experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and backlog refinement.
