We are looking for a BPE Demand Expert to join the Center of Excellence (CoE) within Global Planning. This role is part of our Supply Chain Planning transformation strategy, aimed at making it a competitive advantage through digital innovation, process maturity and people development. 1. Process & Operational Excellence Co-build Demand Management processes end-to-end: map, analyze, identify improvement opportunities and define maturity levels, leveraging best practices across the organization Lead Lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, waste elimination) to maximize operational performance and drive continuous improvement Define and deploy global standards, process frameworks and maturity KPIs across local entities, supported by performance audits and remediation plans Facilitate CoE governance: communities of practice, review rituals, solution documentation and knowledge capitalization 2. Capability Building, Training & Development Define the Demand Planner skills framework: expertise mapping by profile, expected mastery levels and gap assessment Design comprehensive upskilling journeys: job frameworks, training modules (materials, case studies, assessments), certifications and learning journeys Deliver training sessions both in-person and remotely for local teams, in French and English Develop audit grids and internal consulting capabilities as needed Drive change management and adoption of new practices through coaching of regional teams Animate a global planning expert community to spread best practices and embed a culture of excellence 3. Data Vision & Solutions Structure planning data flows (data quality, master data, data lineage) in collaboration with Data teams Define Analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to support performance monitoring and decision-making Frame functional requirements for advanced planning tool projects and build transformation roadmaps aligned with business and IT priorities Conduct impact analyses for new projects (new channels, new markets…) and represent the CoE in steering committees 4. Innovation & Benchmarking Identify and scale high-impact AI/ML use cases: demand sensing, advanced forecasting, inventory optimization, anomaly detection Lead transformation projects (process-data-tools), ensuring execution within scope, timelines and budget Conduct internal and external benchmarking to continuously feed the CoE innovation roadmap Monitor trends, tools and methodologies in Demand Planning worldwide Explore LLM and generative AI opportunities to enhance planner productivity and decision augmentation Evangelize data culture and continuous improvement mindset across Global Planning Required Profile Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data or equivalent 10+ years in BPE, Demand Planning or Supply Chain in an international environment Lean / Six Sigma proficiency (green or black belt a plus) and process modeling expertise (BPMN) Functional expertise on APS tools (Kinaxis, Futurmaster) Hands-on experience in AI/ML applied to planning; proficiency in data tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) Strong influencing leadership, excellent communication skills, fluent English required
