Trilingual customer service assistant – German

you an international working environment within a young, motivated and qualified team Mission Within Our Sales & Marketing Department, You Will Participate In The Development And Loyalty Of Our International Clientele And The Tasks Detailed Below, With a Focus On The German-speaking Area Customer service and updating, qualifying and enriching of the user and customer database; Direct marketing operations and operational webmarketing – B to B and B to C – including: direct marketing (mailings and phoning) operational web-marketing (emailings) to subscribers, prospects and leads; Prospecting and monitoring of international auction houses; Participation in the evolution of our website: based on the comments and feedback that you will collect from customers and users; you will participate in the adaptation of our services and recommend changes. Profile and education You are dynamic and endowed with a strong relational and commercial spirit. You enjoy contact with customers and appreciate challenges. Computer skills You are very familiar with standard IT tools including the MS Office pack You are very familiar with the Internet, social media and the digital sphere Knowledge of html and css is a plus Languages being fluent in German, English and French is an imperative Conditions Hours of work: 37 hours/week + 1 RTT (day off)/month Type of contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) Income: salary based on skills and experience
