Main Responsibilities Your mission, roles and responsibilities ▪ Ensure compliance with production schedules and Group standard processes; enable the achievement of production plans. ▪ Achieve financial objectives: prepare and present the UAP budget; manage actual production costs based on the "ideal" cost model; maintain product margins and monitor serial production productivity (workforce levels, material consumption, etc.). ▪ Manage the UAP team: ensure appropriate staffing levels, maintain a work environment compliant with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, identify training needs and recommend development actions, promote information sharing and transparency, participate in career management initiatives, etc.
