Job Description
This includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks. The role involves managing, engineering, planning and resourcing multiple projects. Responsibilities Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety. Project business growth and profitability. Customer satisfaction. Deliver projects excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain (M&E’s, consultants, etc.) Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements. Help to Manage resource planning and efficiency to maximise utilisation. Ensure efficiency and best practices are embedded in project delivery process and culture. This is key to raise competitiveness and profitability of the business. Experience Desirable experience in BMS projects but HVAC backgrounds will be considered Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer. Skills Proficient and skilled in utilising project management and software tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and Teams. Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects. Comfortable and experienced in working with various project management frameworks. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders. Demonstrates a strong desire and motivation to take initiative and consistently achieve goals. Self-motivated and capable of quickly adapting to new environments and tasks.
