Role Description This full-time role provides support to the maintenance of large Air Traffic Control Systems in a hybrid work environment based in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, identifying and diagnosing technical issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. The role involves assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, documenting incidents and interventions, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and tools. The individual will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain system stability, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and provide clear communication on system status and incidents. Participation in on-call rotations or shift work may be required to support mission-critical operations. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex system data, identify patterns, and support root-cause analysis of incidents. Technical Support capabilities, including experience with large, mission-critical systems, system monitoring tools, and maintenance procedures. Customer Support and Communication skills to interact effectively with users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, providing clear and concise updates. Proven Troubleshooting skills to diagnose technical issues, propose solutions, and implement fixes in time-sensitive environments. Relevant education in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with Air Traffic Control systems, aerospace, or other safety-critical domains is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, manage priorities under pressure, and follow structured procedures and documentation standards. Proficiency in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
