Role description As a Technical Consultant, Integrations at Kaihron, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations in Workday® environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable technical solutions. In your day-to-day work, you will develop and maintain integrations using tools such as Workday® Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, APIs, web services, XML, XSLT, and related integration technologies. You will also support integration testing, troubleshoot issues, document technical designs, and help ensure smooth data flows between Workday® applications and external systems. You will participate in workshops, technical design sessions, testing cycles, deployment activities, and post-go-live support. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements â€
¢ Solid experience designing, building, and supporting integrations in Workday® environments. â€
¢ Hands-on knowledge of Workday® integration tools such as Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, Report Writer, calculated fields, and integration security. â€
¢ Strong understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, authentication methods, error handling, and data transformation. â€
¢ Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into robust integration designs. â€
¢ Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and production support. â€
¢ Good understanding of HCM and/or Finance processes and how integrations support end-to-end business operations. â€
¢ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with functional teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical teams. â€
¢ University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Technology, or a similar field. â€
¢ High level of English. Additional languages are a plus. â€
¢ Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to keep learning in a dynamic consulting environment.
