About The Role
The GxP Training Manager is responsible for building, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the CBRE GxP Training Program for the Sanofi account. The role ensures that all CBRE employees, contractors and vendor personnel performing GxP activities are assigned appropriate training and are trained before starting regulated work. The position provides global governance, standardization, visibility and compliance monitoring for GxP training requirements, including GMP, Data Integrity, Contamination Control and GDP expectations, and supports audit and inspection readiness by ensuring training requirements, records, evidence, reporting and escalation processes are complete, accurate, traceable and sustainable. The role interfaces with other account members responsible for training activities, including HSE and the Account Training Program. Key Priorities Build a compliant GxP training program – Ensure all CBRE and vendor personnel performing GxP activities are trained before starting work Standardize training globally – Close current gaps and deploy one consistent approach covering GMP, Data Integrity, Contamination Control and GDP; integrate GxP Training into the Account Training Program Strategy Create visibility and compliance monitoring – Implement a sustainable process for training assignment, tracking, reporting and audit readiness Manage vendor training compliance – Ensure vendors meet the same GxP training standards, with clear requirements, documentation and oversight

Key Responsibilities
GxP Training Program Governance Own and maintain the global CBRE GxP Training Program for the Sanofi account Define training requirements, role-based curricula, competency expectations and qualification pathways Ensure alignment with Sanofi expectations, applicable GxP requirements, CBRE quality standards and client-specific Quality Agreements Maintain training governance documentation and drive continuous improvement based on audit outcomes and compliance metrics Training Compliance & Qualification Management Ensure CBRE and vendor personnel complete required GxP training before performing regulated activities Support onboarding, role changes and retraining requirements Monitor mandatory training completion, overdue training and competency status Escalate critical compliance gaps and support timely remediation Ensure training records are complete, accurate, traceable and audit-ready Global Standardization Deploy one consistent global training approach across regions and sites Harmonize local training practices, materials and matrices Close gaps linked to GMP, Data Integrity, Contamination Control, GDP and site-specific GxP activities Collaborate with Quality, Operations, SMEs and client representatives LMS, Training Administration & Documentation Support training assignment, curricula maintenance and reporting in approved learning systems (iLearn or equivalent) Maintain controlled training content and document lifecycle management Define ownership for training request, assignment, tracking, evidence collection and reporting Metrics, Reporting & Audit Readiness Establish and maintain global training compliance KPIs and dashboards Provide routine compliance reporting to CBRE and client stakeholders Perform trend analysis to identify recurring gaps and data quality issues Support internal audits, client audits and regulatory inspections Vendor Training Compliance Define and deploy GxP training requirements for vendor personnel Ensure vendors meet applicable CBRE training expectations before starting regulated work Monitor vendor compliance and support remediation of gaps Stakeholder & Client Interface Act as the CBRE point of contact for GxP training program matters Collaborate with Quality, Operations, HSE, Procurement, Vendor Management and client quality teams Communicate training risks, progress and required actions to stakeholders Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) GxP training compliance rate and completion before regulated work Overdue mandatory training rate and remediation timeliness Vendor training compliance status and evidence availability Training matrix accuracy and data quality Audit readiness and number/severity of related observations Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, Learning & Development or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated GxP environment Strong knowledge of GxP training
