Position Overview Ingenico is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, curious, and highly motivated apprentice to support the Social Controlling team. This is a 12-month apprenticeship offering exposure to HR reporting, payroll analysis, workforce planning, and social data management in an international environment

Key Responsibilities
Social Reporting and Compliance Prepare mandatory HR and social reports in collaboration with the HR department, including: Social Report Gender Equality Index Comparative Situation Report Other regulatory reporting requirements. Payroll and Financial Analysis Participate in payroll control and verification activities alongside the Payroll team. Calculate accruals during financial closing periods. Surveys and External Reporting Prepare responses to official surveys and statutory requests, including those issued by: INSEE, ACEMO, DARES, CEREQ. HR Analytics and Business Support Respond to ad hoc requests from HR and Finance stakeholders. Monitor workforce metrics and headcount reporting. Support the preparation of presentations for: CSSCT meetings, quarterly employment reviews, employee representative committees (CSE), contribute to payroll and workforce cost monitoring, support General Services and other internal departments with reporting needs. Process Improvement Contribute to the automation of recurring reports. Help optimize existing reporting tools and dashboards. Additional Development Opportunities As the apprenticeship progresses, responsibilities may expand to include: Preparing forecasts and monthly reporting analyses. Supporting the Group’s annual budgeting process. Assisting with Research Tax Credit (CIR) reporting and monitoring. Candidate Profile Currently pursuing a Master's degree, MSc, or equivalent business school program. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR controlling, finance, payroll, analytics, or a related field is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory). Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or Analytics/Business Intelligence tools is considered a plus. Operational level of English. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work with confidential data.
