You will work at the intersection of Business, Technology and Software Vendors, contributing to the analysis and improvement of financial systems and processes. Depending on your background and expertise, you may be involved in areas such as Front Office, Back Office, Credit Risk, Accounting, Treasury or transversal functional analysis. The project covers complex Treasury, Capital Markets and financial operations, working with integrated Front-to-Back systems and business processes. Depending On Your Experience, Your Responsibilities May Include Business and functional requirements analysis. End-to-end analysis of financial and treasury processes. Collaboration with Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Accounting and other business areas. Functional design, system configuration and analysis of business needs. Identification and management of functional gaps. Leading business workshops and interacting with software vendors. Definition and execution of testing strategies, including UAT. Support during implementation, go-live and system stabilisation. Analysis and optimisation of processes within complex financial environments. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in Murex MX.3 and/or Treasury Management Systems (TMS), although the specific functional area will depend on your professional background. 📍Work Modality: On-site in Paris during the initial phase, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model (2 days of remote work per week) afterwards. 🔹What we're looking for🔹 Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Consultant or Functional Specialist. Background in Capital Markets, Treasury, Banking or Financial Services. Experience working with Front-to-Back financial systems or TMS platforms. Experience with Murex MX.3 is highly valued. Strong understanding of financial business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Experience with requirements analysis, workshops, functional gap analysis and UAT/testing.
