About the role
Flexitech is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic automotive program in a complex, international and multi-site environment. You will take end-to-end ownership of the program, from project kick-off through industrialization and launch, acting as the key interface between one of our major automotive OEM and Flexitech's international teams. This role is suited to an experienced Program Manager with a strong track record in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary and multi-site project management, and the ability to drive alignment and results in an international matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership Own the program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, resources and overall performance. Drive Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) throughout the project lifecycle. Manage critical paths, risks, dependencies, issues and recovery plans. Establish project governance and provide clear reporting to senior management. Cross-functional & Multi-site Coordination Lead international project teams across multiple functions, sites and technical disciplines. Coordinate Engineering, R&D, Industrialization, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Sales. Drive alignment and accountability without direct hierarchical authority. Manage interdependencies between sites, functions and technical platforms. Ensure readiness of all functions and sites throughout industrialization and launch. Customer & Stakeholder Management Act as a key interface between Flexitech and a major automotive OEM. Lead customer project reviews, milestone meetings and escalations. Translate customer requirements into clear internal priorities and actions. Build strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders. Travel occasionally to Germany for customer meetings and key program milestones. APQP, Industrialization & Launch Drive program execution in line with APQP and automotive project management standards. Coordinate product and process development through industrialization, pre-series and SOP. Drive resolution of technical, quality, manufacturing and supply chain issues. Manage product and process changes and assess their impact on timing, cost and resources. Financial & Risk Management Monitor program budget, costs, resources and profitability. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation and corrective action plans. Assess the impact of project changes on timing, cost and program performance. Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned. About you 8+ years of experience in Program / Project Management, ideally within the automotive industry. Proven track record managing complex product development, industrialization or customer programs. Strong experience in multi-site, cross-functional and international environments. Experience working with major automotive OEMs, especially German OEMs, and/or Tier-1 suppliers. Strong knowledge of APQP and automotive project management methodologies. Proven ability to manage timing, budget, risks, resources and overall program performance. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority. Strong customer and business orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly structured, autonomous and comfortable operating in a matrix organization. Languages Fluent English – mandatory. German – strongly preferred, particularly for customer-facing activities and collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders.
