Within Kyotherm’s Business Development team, this position is dedicated to originating building and industrial decarbonization projects with energy end users. It complements the team's broader origination efforts with solution providers, including energy service companies and systems integrators. This position has a strong international dimension, with a geographic scope covering much of Europe, as well as at the beginning North America. Responsibilities Market analysis: mapping target sectors and key decision-makers, identifying energy-intensive sites and decarbonization needs, and monitoring available support schemes Origination & Business Development: targeted prospecting with the energy, finance, CSR and procurement departments of key accounts in industry and the commercial sector; building and nurturing a long-term relationship pipeline. Trade shows: representing Kyotherm at trade shows, conferences and industry events mostly across Europe. Communication & brand awareness: contributing to Kyotherm’s visibility among key accounts (professional social media, press relations, sector content), working closely with the team. Qualification & internal coordination: coordinating with the technical and investment teams to qualify projects, and engaging relevant technical partners where needed. Candidate profile : Proven experience in business development, ideally with key accounts, in the energy, industrial or investment sector. Languages: fluent professional English required, very good level of French, a third language (German, Spanish or Italian) is a plus. Technical fluency: ability to engage with technical stakeholders and understand energy-related challenges. Higher education, from a leading engineering or business school. Mobility and availability for frequent travel, primarily across Europe.
