Intellectual Property Coordinator

We are seeking a Intellectual Property Coordinator to strengthen our Legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants to contribute to meaningful projects. Your core responsibilities include: Coordinate the implementation of the company's intellectual property policy and assist with legal work. In particular: Use patent databases and internal portfolio management software tools. Register invention disclosures, prepare and implement patent committee decisions. Manage relations with inventors and patent firms. Monitor deadlines and the status of procedures for filing and obtaining intellectual property rights, particularly patents. Monitor the budget and manage relations with the internal departments involved.

Your profile
5 years of experience in a Legal department, ideally in Intellectual Property Bachelor or Master in Law, Engineering, Intellectual Property or similar Capacity to work with various stakeholder such as engineers, lawyers, management, etc. Ability to work on multiple cases Fluent in English

Salary:
