Premium Bike Rentals – Based in Saint-Émilion, offering high-quality bicycles and e-bikes for visitors wishing to explore the vineyards independently. Alongside Bordeaux Wine Pilgrims, we also operate Bordeaux City History Tours – Two-hour accessible guided tours exploring Bordeaux’s history, architecture and cultural highlights. We are looking for a motivated and versatile alternance student starting as soon as possible to support our operations and contribute directly to creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
The alternance will cover three main areas: 1. Wine Tours & Customer Experience Assist and progressively lead private and small-group wine tours, including electric bike wine tours. Welcome guests and deliver the high level of service expected from a premium tourism company. Share Bordeaux’s wine culture, history and local knowledge with international guests. Candidates with existing knowledge of wine and/or guiding are welcome; for the right profile, training will be provided to develop expertise in Bordeaux wines, guiding techniques and guest experience. Support tour preparation, logistics and daily operations. Anticipate guest needs and help create memorable, personalized experiences. 2. Administration & Business Operations Manage customer and supplier emails in French and English. Answer client inquiries and assist with bookings and reservations. Coordinate with wineries (châteaux) to ensure reservations are confirmed according to the number of guests and tour requirements. Manage schedules and support daily operations across different activities. Assist with creating and publishing new tours and experiences. Help improve operational procedures, templates and internal organization. Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Premium Bike Rentals – Saint-Émilion Support daily bike rental operations, including preparing bikes, managing equipment and ensuring everything is ready for guests. Welcome clients arriving for both wine tours and bike rentals at our Saint-Émilion office. Provide guests with our route recommendations, maps and local insights to enhance their experience. Assist with rental administration, including contracts, deposits, inventory and scheduling. Maintain bikes and equipment through basic checks and preparation: Ensure the shop remain clean, organized and ready for customers. Seasonal Working Environment Tourism is a seasonal industry, and flexibility is essential. The main high season runs from March to October, with a strong level of activity and a fast-paced environment. During peak season, weekend work is required as this is when most clients travel, the schedule includes one full weekend off per month. During the low season, the schedule becomes more flexible, with more focus on administration, business development, improving procedures and preparing for the following season. We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment where responsibilities evolve depending on the season and business needs. Ideal Candidate Profile Fluent or bilingual English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ⁠Previous international experience required Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with international clients. Professional presentation and a genuine interest in luxury hospitality, wine tourism and customer experience. Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks. Independent, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-growing company where responsibilities evolve quickly. Interested in learning and developing skills in wine, guiding and tourism operations.
