Taarof is a strategic consultancy supporting artists, brands, operators, and real estate/hospitality projects in their growth. Our scope of work extends from strategy to programming, alongside creative direction, talent management, public relations, and event production—using a unique approach rooted in the codes of entertainment and media. Our vision: a location is far more than a simple physical structure; it is an experience platform. And experience means content. Within our unit dedicated to multidisciplinary artist management (painting, fashion design, performance) and project production, you will directly contribute to the international development of our talents, fundraising efforts, and the rollout of their image strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES A. Fundraising, Sponsoring & Collabs:
- Identify and contact potential brands, foundations, and patrons to fund the production of our projects (exhibitions, performances, shows)
- Design and pitch creative "Artist x Brand" collaboration concepts to generate new production budgets B. Communication & Image Strategy:
- Optimize and rewrite artists' communication materials (portfolios, press kits, social media, and web content)
- Work closely with potential partner galleries to align promotional materials
- Help create content highlighting the artists' work C. Project Management & Production:
- Production coordination for shows and events
- Project tracking for brand collaborations and client commissions As our agency is highly dynamic, you will have the opportunity to get involved in other types of projects across the agency based on your interests. PROFILE

Education:
Business or Communication degree; interdisciplinary university backgrounds welcome
- Languages: Fluent English required (international projects and contacts). An additional language is a plus
- Interpersonal & Commercial

- Artistic Sensitivity: Strong interest in contemporary art, fashion, and emerging cultural trends, paired with strong writing skills
