Internship – Transformation

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated intern to join the Transformation Team for a six-month internship. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives, project portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and organisational transformation activities within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
& Learning Opportunities
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches supporting transformation objectives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and materials for management discussions.
- Support the collection and consolidation of information used for decision-making and project follow-up.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to enhance ways of working
- Work with colleagues across departments to gather information, requirements, and feedback.
- Support communication and change management activities related to transformation initiatives.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Organised, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in an international environment.
- Previous exposure to project management, consulting, business analysis, or transformation activities is an advantage but not required. Terms and conditions Important information before applying:
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
