Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph
- Build and orchestrate AI agents, tools, prompts, and decision-making workflows
- Integrate LLM-based capabilities with applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise data sources
- Develop workflow state management, memory, routing, and execution logic
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for production environments
- Design and support human-in-the-loop processes where business oversight is required
- Test, optimize, and industrialize AI workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate closely with Architecture, Development, Security, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and deployment standards
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and business requirements
Experience:
- Strong experience in Python development
- Hands-on expertise with LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of AI agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems
- Understanding of workflow design, state management, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with testing, debugging, and productionizing AI applications
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
