Job Summary
This position entails administrative duties with limited supervision, overseeing the administration of RamQuest CCE
- Title Production Application and its supporting solutions. This is an onsite role located in Radnor, PA, or Winston Salem, NC. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop business process solutions to support workflow and process improvement goals.
- Configure and maintain Title Production System "RamQuest” applications and functions, including user permissions for audits.
- Monitor application integrity and provide tech support.
- Create and update documentation, such as user guides and reports.
- Develop user training materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and management.
- Contribute to technical projects and plan software implementations and upgrades.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience B.
