Diametral is built on a core conviction: AI is not another technology wave. It is a structural shift in how companies operate, compete, and create value.

Our mission is to help organizations become AI-native. We redesign critical business processes, embed intelligence at the core of operations, and build systems where humans and AI work together at scale. The result is tangible: faster execution, stronger performance, sustainable growth, and durable competitive advantage.

We are not a traditional consulting firm, nor a conventional technology services company. Diametral exists to solve a challenge these models were not designed for: the end-to-end transformation of enterprises for the AI era.

Founded from the success of LittleBigCode, established in 2018, Diametral was created in 2026 with a clear ambition: become the global reference for AI-native business transformation. Today, we operate across Europe and the Americas, supporting multinational organizations with a scalable delivery model focused on measurable business outcomes, ROI, and operational excellence.

The role

As Diametral grows, complexity grows with it. New offerings. New business units. New geographies. New strategic initiatives.

The Engines Managing Partner & Chief Data and AI Officer steers the Engines, the internal project portfolio, and a large share of the firm's company-building decisions. To keep scaling with quality, we are looking for a Chief of Staff Intern who will work directly alongside him to structure priorities, drive execution, and accelerate decision-making.

This is not a traditional internship. This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility role designed for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing company is built and operated from the inside. You will act as a force multiplier for the Engines Managing Partner & CDAIO. Your role is simple: increase the organization's ability to execute.

Your missions

1. Engine leadership and consultant follow-up

Support the steering of all Engine Directors and of the consultants across Diametral.

  • Run the follow-up cadence with Engine Directors: objectives, priorities, blockers.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of consultants: staffing, development, key signals.
  • Track each Engine's objectives and escalate what requires an executive decision.

Impact. The Managing Partner sees the full picture at all times and decisions land faster.

2. Internal project portfolio and delivery

Keep the internal project portfolio up to date and delivering.

  • Maintain the list of internal projects: owners, milestones, status.
  • Track delivery, identify blockers, and drive their resolution.
  • Prepare the periodic portfolio review and follow through on decisions.

Impact. Projects move from ideas to implementation instead of stalling in between.

3. Strategic watch and deployment

Feed the leadership with structured intelligence and help deploy what we decide.

  • Run a strategic watch on the Data and AI market, competitors, and offerings.
  • Produce research, analyses, and executive briefings on critical topics.
  • Support the deployment of new offerings and strategic initiatives across the Engines.

Impact. Executive discussions start from facts, and decisions turn into deployed reality.

4. Business understanding and performance

Master the business and functional objectives of the firm and connect initiatives to measurable outcomes.

  • Appropriate the business goals and stakes of each Engine and business unit.
  • Track key indicators, build dashboards and management reporting.
  • Analyze trends, opportunities, and risks; produce fact-based decision memos.

Impact. Strategic initiatives stay connected to measurable business outcomes.

5. Governance rituals, meetings, and events

Anticipate and organize the moments where the firm aligns and decides.

  • Prepare the Engine executive committees, plenary sessions, and consultant meetings.
  • Build agendas and materials, capture decisions, and track actions to completion.
  • Coordinate internal events that strengthen the collective.

Impact. Every ritual is sharp, prepared, and followed by execution.

6. Special projects

Take ownership of high-priority topics end to end.

  • Contribute to growth, international expansion, organizational design, AI strategy, and new offerings.
  • Improve the operating model: processes, governance mechanisms, management rituals.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive resolution of blockers.

Impact. The firm scales while preserving execution quality.

What you'll bring

  • Outstanding intellectual curiosity, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verb
