About You

ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

More specifically for this job, we are looking for people that display the following:

• Excellent project manager with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Would typically have around 2+ years of relevant experience in Artwork Management with significant experience in innovation and project management, within a strong multinational FMCG company or Danone classical CBU.

Relevant experience in international environment is recommended; efficient stakeholders management and cross-functional work; experience of the premium/luxury categories or beverages would be a plus.

JOB MISSION

You will be a key contributor of Evian growth, being responsible of Artwork Management of a high impact brand project with a worldwide scope

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1. Main responsibility – Portfolio - 80%

- Graphic Chain management: leading all artwork briefs, following up on label validation with all local teams, and driving the artworks delivery vs defined project timeline working with global project team/IPRO/ SGS

- Lead EVAI projects implementation timeline with supply and activity management team (PPED tracking, stock & time to market follow up, production planification tracking at sku level…)

2. Other responsibilities – Portfolio & Market Analysis - 20%

-Selling decks, product specs sharing to sales & distributors (labels, pictures with new designs, EAN, palletisation, masterdata, etc…)

-Implementation tracking (arrival in market, KPIs tracking…)

-Samples management (to be sent to all distributors) – coordination with the factory

-Market info, Desk Research, Global Data to support sales deck

-Campaign implementation tracking (pictures, KPIs consolidation, goodies delivery follow up)

-Competition tracking
