Job Description:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics ERP
systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate
them into ERP solutions.
• Customize and extend ERP functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and
efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and
enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in ERP technologies to drive continuous
improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and autonomy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics
ERP systems.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP modules, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain,
and Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business
processes and requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at
all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365
Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance
Functional Consultant Associate) preferred.
