Arηs is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations , focusing on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence and infrastructure services.
We are composed of 13 entities across 6 countries that are unified by the Arηs Group, with more than 1750 consultants.
This corporate structure enables us to respond quickly to market changes and customer requests, and to communicate and make decisions without layers of bureaucracy.
Our success can be attributed to the synergy among our nine complementary entities, combined with our methodologies, which are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Scrum agile software development framework.
Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a ERP Project Manager to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.
Tasks:
Coordinating all internal activities related to the ERP project. Servicing the ERP Project Steering Committee and Working Group. Coordinating the production of the terms of reference for the procurement processes. Working closely with the external consultants’ project manager and the software vendor(s) Following internal project management guidelines, ensuring good project-related documentation.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
Solid experience of at least 10 years’ in project management with successful completion of at least one ERP project; experience leading transformation programs involving change management. Project references are required; ideally in a bank or other financial institution. Experience on ERP integration with data warehouse/BI platforms, enterprise service bus and MDM solutions are an added advantage. Having performed benchmark studies or RFI for ERP selection is a plus. Strong functional understanding of the main ERP processes (budget control, cost accounting, purchasing, expense processing, asset management and travel management). Project Management Certification is preferred. Organized, methodical, and proactive Perfect knowledge of one of the Institution’s two official languages (English and French) both written and spoken and good command of the other language.-
