- (H/F) en contrat d’apprentissage pour un de nos partenaires dans le secteur de la communication, pour préparer une de ses formations diplômantes reconnues par l’État.

Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager
- (H/F) en alternance :
- Définition et participation à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie communication de l'association, en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction ;
- Elaboration et participation à l'élaboration de stratégies de présence sur les différents réseaux sociaux ;
- Sélection des canaux de communication les plus adaptés aux besoins et aux publics cibles ;
- Création et publication de contenu (articles, vidéos, audio, images, stories, etc.) adapté à notre cible ;
- Organisation d'évènements de communication externe (congrès, stands, visite de chantier, etc.) ;
- Evaluation régulière de la performance des stratégies en ligne ;
- Surveillance et optimisation de la réputation en ligne de l'association ;
- Analyse, préparation, voire la présentation des rapports de performance concernant les stratégies adoptées ;
- Exploration des réseaux sociaux et proposition d'idées de communication novatrices ;
- Prospection pour trouver de potentiels partenaires ;
Missions Diverses :
En tant qu'association fortement dépendante des subventions publiques, représentant 50% de nos ressources, nous constatons une érosion progressive de ces dernières. Parallèlement, bien que nos prestations de chantiers solidaires auprès de partenaires privés soient appréciées, elles demeurent marginales, ne représentant que 4% de nos ressources.
Nous souhaiterions solliciter votre expertise pour nous aider à élaborer une stratégie de communication efficace et créer des supports adaptés afin d'augmenter cette part à 20% en 2025, puis à 30% en 2026. Votre créativité et vos compétences seront essentielles pour nous aider à diversifier nos sources de financement et à assurer la pérennité de notre mission.
Poste basé à Lille (Hauts-de-France). Travail en hybride.

Du lundi au vendredi
Périodes de travail de 8 heures
Repos le week-end
Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Profil recherché

- Avoir une formation en marketing, communication ou autre domaine similaire ;
- Maîtrise des différentes stratégies de communication sur les réseaux sociaux ;
- Connaissance des techniques de création de contenu attractif ;
- Capacité d'analyse et de reporting ;
- Autonomie et curiosité pour la prospection de partenaires ;
- Sens de l'organisation et du travail en équipe ;
