Traffic Manager eCommerce Senior

Ton objectif :
Accompagner en moyenne 3 clients eCommerce de l’agence sur leurs stratégies de Paid Media Multileviers (SEA, SMA, comparateurs, retargetting, affiliation, emailing...) puis sur le déploiement opérationnel des campagnes et leur optimisation.
Les clients sont tous des eCommerçants dans le secteur du retail : mode, beauté, accessoires, décoration...
Budgets majoritairement à la performance pouvant dépasser le million d'euros par mois (moyenne : + de 100k€/mois).
Tes missions principales :
- Après avoir établi la stratégie Paid Media des clients, piloter le déploiement des campagnes (création de dispositifs, mise-en ligne, optimisation des formats, gestion des budgets…) selon les objectifs de budgets fixés. Paramétrer avec les équipes techniques les dispositifs de tracking / taggage.
- Établir un reporting pour chaque client afin de mesurer les performances des campagnes et identifier de potentiels d’upsell.
- Accompagner l'équipe Conseil de l’agence en avant-vente : audit des dispositifs et des environnements des prospects, recommandations…
- Mener une veille active en media online afin de connaître les nouveautés offertes par les plateformes, les évolutions du marché en CRM et en SEO.
Ton équipe :
- L’entreprise : une solution de plateforme eCommerce omnicanale, créée il y a 7 ans, qui est en forte croissance. Elle est composée de plus de 80 salariés.
- Ton manager : la très sympathique et dynamique directrice marketing qui a 8 ans d'expérience en acquisition.
- Tes collègues : vous êtes 5 traffic managers multi leviers au sein de l'équipe.
Tes Conditions de travail :
- Ton Bureau : de très beaux locaux, spacieux et lumineux, à deux pas des Champs Elysées, avec un joli jardin japonais.
- Ta rémunération : salaire fixe entre 40 et 50k€, selon ton niveau d'expérience (payé sur 12 mois)
- Ton rythme :
- Possibilité de RTT
- 25 jours de congés payés
- 2 jours de télétravail/semaine
Tes expériences & compétences :
- Tu as au moins 3 ans d'expérience en paid media.
- Tu as déjà piloté des campagnes SEA et SMA en direct dans les plateformes sur des budgets dépassant 20k€/mois par compte.
- Idéalement, tu as bossé en agence media. Mais ce n'est pas obligatoire si tu as déjà piloté des campagnes SMA/SEA en direct chez un eCommerçant.
Ta personnalité :
- Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), tu pilotes tes campagnes avec précision et fiabilité.
- Sociable et souriant(e), tu communiques facilement auprès de tes clients.
- Pédagogue et empathique, tu proposes et convaincs tes clients de mettre en place de nouveaux dispositifs pertinents, en anticipant leurs besoins face au marché.
Mon avis de recruteuse sur ce job :
Un job rare car multi leviers en agence : une belle opportunité de monter en compétence sur de nouveaux leviers à la performance. L'ambiance en interne est très saine : les équipes sont soudées et s'y sentent bien. Pour preuve : le turn-over est très faible
