Vous êtes passionné(e) de mode et souhaitez intégrer une entreprise en pleine croissance ? Vous êtes audacieux et à la recherche d'un nouveau challenge professionnel ? Vous souhaitez mettre à profit vos expériences, votre expertise et votre passion du Retail dans l’animation de formation, dédiée à la vente et au produit ?
Dans le cadre de notre développement nous recrutons notre futur(e) Retail sales & product trainer H/F en CDI , basé en France ou à l'Export.
Véritable expert vente et produit , vos missions s’articuleront autour de :
- La formation et le coaching des équipes aux techniques de vente chez American Vintage, aux connaissances collection et produit, à la maitrise de nos outils digitaux en français et en anglais.
- L'animation de masterclass en présentiel et en distanciel via teams & klaxoon
- La conception de supports de formation dédiés : pdf, canva
- La présentation des collections en interne (siège, Animateurs et Directeurs Régionaux)
- La participation aux ouvertures de nos points de vente en France et à l’export de votre réseau
Profil
Nous recherchons une personne basée sur une grande ville afin de faciliter les déplacements professionnels (Paris, Barcelone, Bruxelles....).
Votre forte sensibilité mode et sens du commerce, votre passion de la transmission, votre pédagogie seront de forts atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
Vous possédez également un fort leadership qui vous permettra d'inspirer, de motiver et d'amener un groupe vers les objectifs fixés.
Flexible, réactif, autonome et challengeur, vous serez force de proposition pour le déploiement de nouveaux outils de training, ludiques et inspirants.
Une première expérience dans la formation et sur le retail terrain est un plus. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (excel, power point, montage vidéo).
L'anglais professionnel est requis.
Déplacements en France et en Europe (2 à 3 jours par semaine).
