En lien direct avec le Directeur associé de notre Division BI, vous participerez au développement commercial de Data for People sous les aspects avant-vente :

  • Qualifier les leads amenés par les sales,
  • Analyser l’environnement stratégique et le(s) métier(s) de nos clients,
  • Détecter et analyser les problématiques spécifiques liées à leur contexte RH,
  • Conseiller nos clients dans leurs choix,
  • Concevoir les démos adaptées à leurs attentes en vous appuyant sur nos experts,
  • Définir l’offre de service qui accompagne nos solutions (engagements contractuels, niveaux de services, limites de responsabilité),
  • Rédiger l’offre correspondante incluant la description et la valorisation de la solution, les conditions de mise en œuvre et l’évaluation financière,
  • Participer aux soutenances et défenses d’offre,
  • Proposer de nouveaux modules de notre offre aux clients existants,
  • Faire de la veille et être force de propositions sur de nouvelles offres métiers.

 


Qualifications

De formation BAC +4 / Bac +5 de type École supérieure de commerce ou d’Ingénieur ; vous avez une expérience de Consultant (avec une certaine sensibilité business) ou d’Avant-Vente réussie de plusieurs années idéalement chez un éditeur de logiciels. Une expérience dans le secteur de la data est un plus.
