euRHasi is recruiting an IT/Telecom Project Manager M/F for its client.
Our client is a European leader as an MVNE (company providing complete technological solutions to MVNOs).
Assignment
Within the Product Project and Marketing (PPM) organization, the confirmed Project Manager who will be called upon to manage cellular connectivity projects, ambitious and with a vast and multidisciplinary scope (from the standardized world to tailor-made for our largest customers ).
As a Project Manager, you will be the operational manager of the projects and will lead them from start to finish.
As responsible for piloting the deployment of the connectivity solution for IoT or MVNx customers, you will participate in the implementation of new services around data, eSIM, security, VoLTE/VoWiFi and innovative internal services. To do this, you work closely with the sales teams, R&D managers, product managers and technical management to ensure project deliverables. You will be able to support the marketing teams to build innovative technical offers.
Gifted with strong leadership, a strong steering and cross-functional leadership capacity, you lead the project team (internal and/or external resources) and ensure its performance by applying project management methodologies inspired by the best practices such as PMI/PMP, Prince 2 etc.
Your main tasks are:
Conduct and supervision of the project in the field
• Identify stakeholders and influence the project governance set up to achieve project objectives.
• Manage the progress of the works carried out and their possible impacts on the project plans. You are responsible for contractual deadlines and milestones.
• Manage third party partners in a complex environment.
• Identify risks, mitigation solutions throughout the project and raise potential alerts.
• Carry out the standard communication planned for the project towards the client, the suppliers, the team and the management.
• Organize the project transfer phase to the Operations teams.
Responsibility for the technical content of the project
• Participate in the choice of technical and software solutions (conceptual and architectural) in collaboration with the R&D and IT & Telecoms Development teams.
• Guarantee the compliance and viability of the solution by ensuring the smooth running of the different phases of the project.
• Evaluate the technical risks of the solution and lead the associated action plans.
Commitment management / Customer relationship
• Know and assimilate the levels of commitments reflected in the contract.
• Check that the scope of the functionalities or requirements of the commitment is respected by the internal teams and the customer teams, identify the gaps.
• Pilot the realization and the follow-up of progress in order to prevent any drift in terms of time and expenses, evaluate the "remaining to be done", take the necessary actions in order to respect the economy of the project.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
The projects you manage contribute both to standardizing our project methodologies & offers and to creating new services and new uses (connected products and services, mobile applications, etc.). As such you will be able to:
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes around project methodologies and deliverables.
• Contribute to the strategy and development of service offerings related to your business.
• Monitor and materialize all additional business opportunities associated with the scope of the responsibility contract portfolio.
ProfilWith a minimum Bac+5 education in Telecommunications or Computer Science, you have 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in IT / Telecom Project Management or in the integration of hardware and software solutions.

PMI/PMP certification or PMP training is a plus.
Fluent in English both orally and in writing.
Requirements
