Your mission

Au sein du département Project Management Office de la Direction Médicale & Relations Patients Consommateurs , le Groupe Pierre Fabre est à la recherche de son prochain Directeur de Projets de Développement (F/H).

Votre mission : contribuer au développement de la stratégie globale des projets du portefeuille et assurer l’évaluation, la mise en opération, la coordination et le suivi du plan de développement de ces projets.

Le Directeur de Projets de Développement (à partir de la phase I) sera amené à piloter des projets de Développement dans le domaine de l’oncologie, notamment. L’oncologie est une priorité majeure pour le groupe Pierre Fabre.

Actuellement le pipeline en Oncologie comporte des projets de Life Cycle Management sur des produits Rx matures déjà enregistrés, ainsi que de nouveaux projets issus de partenariats. Il va continuer à s'étoffer grâce à la Recherche interne ainsi que de nouveaux partenariats.

De nouveaux territoires sont également à développer (Chine et USA notamment) en lien avec la vision stratégique de l’entreprise.


Le Directeur de Projet pourra être amené à piloter d’autres projets en dehors de l’oncologie, comme en dermatologie ou pour des maladies rares, en fonction des opportunités ou des orientations stratégiques de la compagnie.

Responsabilités détaillées :

Contribuer au développement de la stratégie globale de projets R&D, en apportant notamment le cadre des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet

Assurer l’évaluation, la mise en opération, la coordination et le suivi du plan de développement des projets (projets internes ou évaluations externes)

Assurer la mise en place, la coordination et le suivi d’initiatives internes à la Direction Portefeuille Projets visant à assurer l’excellence opérationnelle dans l’exécution des projets en termes de respect de coûts/qualité/délais

Evaluer la faisabilité scientifique, réglementaire, juridique, technique, économique et industrielle des projets, en relation avec les Départements concernés sur la base de la stratégie de développement définie

Animer, coordonner et veiller au fonctionnement optimal des Equipes Projets et diriger l’implémentation des plans de développement en relation avec les Equipiers Projets en accord avec la stratégie de développement définie

Assurer l’avancement optimal (livrables/ressources/coûts externes) des Projets en collaboration avec la planification des projets et les différents Départements impliqués

Développer, proposer des plans de contingence de risques et des plans de résolution de problématiques rencontrées au cours du développement

Développer et mettre en place les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet visant à assurer l’excellence opérationnelle dans l’exécution des projets en termes de qualité, de respect des délais et de coûts

Communiquer régulièrement sur l’avancement du projet auprès de la Direction, dans une logique de transparence et d’aide à la décision

Garantir la collaboration avec les partenaires pour les projets en co-développement

Who you are ?

Etudes scientifiques supérieures (PhD)

Expérience (minimum 2 ans) en management de projet dans le développement de médicaments

Connaissance et expérience du développement des produits de santé dans l’industrie pharmaceutique

Capacité démontrée d’interaction avec les équipes

Expérience des présentations au Senior Management

Compétences

Autonomie, esprit d’initiative, sens du résultat

Rigueur scientifique, organisation

Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse

Qualités de présentation et de communication, à la fois auprès des équipiers projets, mais également auprès du Senior Management ou de partenaires éventuels

Capacité à convaincre, à embarquer les équipes, leadership

Anglais courant (lu, écrit, parlé)

Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques et connaissance logiciel de planification (Planisware, MS project par exemple)

Expérience dans le suivi budgétaire

Le poste est basé à l'Oncopole, à Toulouse, mais il peut également être basé à Boulogne.
