En tant que Senior Data Project Manager, votre objectif sera de développer la stratégie data de la Maison afin de soutenir la mesure de la performance globale des campagnes de communication et de piloter les différents projets data au sein de l’équipe Communication Performance.
Vous contribuerez à la transformation de la Maison en développant une vision stratégique sur les sujets data et performance. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Communication Activation, Data Gouvernance, Data Office, Client Insights…
Vos missions
1. Data management & mesure de la performance
Définir la vision data ‘transversale’ pour la Maison: audit, roadmap, déploiement, gestion des ressources, priorités… Développer avec l’équipe Data Office les data products nécessaires sur les domaines clés du business (clients, produits, events,…) Être l’interlocuteur privilégié « data owner » pour les équipes techniques et métiers2. Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & Advanced Analytics
Assurer le développement du modèle pour refléter les problématiques business avec les équipes data science (facteurs externes, multi touchpoints, marchés) Définir des use case business (forecast ROI, optimisation budget…) et assurer la génération d’insights et recommandations associées Définir/développer des cadres d’analyses, de modélisation et dashboards pour orienter les décisions business Maitriser les aspects techniques et opérationnels des projets (collecte de données, outils de planification, agile…) Développer une gestion proactive de la qualité des données et veiller à leur respect par les équipes utilisatrices3. Pilotage et coordination de projet
Piloter les projets data au sein de l’équipe et participer activement au développement de la culture data Assurer le lien et l’accompagnement avec les marchés, les data owner et l’équipe Data Office Développer un ensemble de bonnes pratiques data et accompagner la création d’une communauté dataCOMPETENCES
8/10 ans d’expériences dans le domaine de la data Solides compétences en matière de leadership, d'influence, de communication et de management Rigueur, autonomie, organisation et sens de l’analyse sont indispensables pour mener à bien les missions Agile et réactif, vous êtes à l’aise avec le travail en équipe Forte approche pédagogique afin de simplifier des problématiques techniques Connaissance des données métiers/business (digital, e-commerce, media, social, sales, CRM, …) Compétences: SQL, Python, Looker, Git, DBT, ETL, GCP et bonne connaissance en statistique, data science Anglais courant obligatoireEn tant que Senior Data Project Manager, votre objectif sera de développer la stratégie data de la Maison afin de soutenir la mesure de la performance globale des campagnes de communication. Et de pilotez les différents projets data au sein de l’équipe Communication Performance.
As Senior Data Project Manager, your mission will be to develop the Maison’s data strategy to support the measurement ambitions of global communication campaigns. You will also lead the various data projects within the Communication Performance team.
You will contribute to the Maison’s transformation by developing a strategic vision on data and performance challenges. You will work closely with the Communication Activation, Data Governance, Data Office, Client Insights... teams
1. Data management & performance measurement
Define the "transversal" data vision for the Maison: audit, roadmap, deployment, resource management, priorities... Work with the Data Office team to develop the necessary data products for key business areas (customers, products, events, etc.). Be the "data owner" contact for business users and data counterparts2. Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & Advanced Analytics
Ensure model development to reflect business challenges with data science teams (external factors, multi-touchpoints, markets) Define business use cases (ROI forecast, budget optimization...) and ensure the generation of insights and associated recommendations Define/develop analysis frameworks and dashboards to support decisions making Master the technical and operational aspects of projects (data collection, planning tools, agile...) Develop proactive data quality management and ensure compliance by user teams3. Project management and coordination
Manage the data projects of the team and actively participate in the development of a data culture in the Maison Liaise with and support markets, data owners and the Data Office team Develop a set of data best practices and support the creation of a data community.SKILLS
