Europe Infrastructure team is in charge of providing Business-oriented Infrastructure Services to all Europe scope. The team manage Operations to deliver service excellence in the multiple domains (Data Center & Operations, Network and Telecom, IT Services…).
You will learn how to follow projects and their governance, animate an IT community, do change management, evolved in a complex environment and you will get a good understanding of the organization, functioning of an IS and Tech Department.
YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE:
Collect and report the progress of the Europe Infrastructure projects / Programs ((Review of planning, timesheets, capacity planning and project risks) Participate in the Governance Committees of the team and other Portfolio Management activities. Follow up of the evolution the Europe Infrastructure Portfolio Build and Monitor tools and Governance checkpoints to ensure the Portfolio Data Quality project management/ reporting tools (Service Now). Communicate on the new processes and governance authorities in the infrastructure team Preparing the governance bodies and reports Define and implement a communication plan for project teams.YOU ARE…
