ETC, leader international dans le domaine de la technologie de l'éclairage événementiel, est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) coordinateur(trice) de projets sur le terrain pour son bureau en France. Le candidat à ce poste travaillera sur notre site de Paris afin de servir au mieux nos clients.

Le candidat idéal possède une expertise technique avérée dans le domaine de la technologie et de préférence dans l'industrie de l'éclairage événementiel. Les candidats doivent avoir une compréhension claire du processus commercial de livraison des projets, comprendre les multiples systèmes nécessaires dans une salle de spectacle moderne, et avoir la capacité de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle afin de construire et de maintenir des relations avec nos clients.

Representative Responsibilities:
• Assiste le Responsable régional ainsi que les distributeurs et revendeurs ETC
• Coordonne les ventes aux segments de marché appropriés et assure le suivi des projets ;
• Assure des démonstrations du matériel aux distributeurs, revendeurs, consultants, programmateurs de théâtre, techniciens et utilisateurs finaux ;
• Participe au montage/démontage des salons, ainsi qu’aux démonstrations ;
• Visite les sites et les utilisateurs finaux ;
• Fournis des études et devis avec synoptiques, selon les besoins du client ;
• Fournis des fiches techniques de prescription aux clients, pour la rédaction d’appels d’offres ;
• Développe des synoptiques dans AutoCAD ;
• Forme les distributeurs, revendeurs et clients finaux à l'utilisation des produits ETC ;
• Aide le département Projets en fournissant des rapports de visites client ;
• Agit à titre d'agent de liaison pour ETC en général ;
• Récupère les informations pour les projets ;
• Avertit le département World Sales de tous évènements professionnels dans d'autres régions dans SAP et par courrier électronique ;
• Assure le suivi des problèmes produits et des insatisfactions ;
• Est responsable du matériel de démonstration pour la région ;
• Entretient des relations d'affaires et comptables avec le Responsable régional ;
• Fournit de l’assistance technique par téléphone et courrier électronique ;
• Répond aux questions relatives au prix et à l’utilisation du produit ;
• Répond aux demandes de devis spécifiques au métier ;
• Gère SAP pour l'équipe de vente ;
• Réalise des tâches supplémentaires en fonction des besoins.
• Autres missions comme attribuées
• Accomplir les projets et demandes spéciaux dans les délais et de façon positive

Exigences minimales:
• Baccalauréat complet au lycée/école secondaire
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle
• Formation technique en éclairage théâtral
• Expérience SAP avantageuse
• Expérience approfondie de l'éclairage théâtral / Une expérience de l'éclairage en studio est un atout.
• Connaissance des produits ETC
• Connaissance des produits de la concurrence
• Connaissance des réseaux informatiques
• Capacité à voyager de manière intensive
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais écrit et parlé
• Connaissance des applications Microsoft Office (notamment Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Connaissance d'autres logiciels tels que SAP et Adobe Acrobat.
• La connaissance de SAP est un atout.
• Maîtrise d'AutoCAD
• Expérience des présentations et des démonstrations.
• Connaissance du fonctionnement d'une console d'éclairage théâtral.
• Expérience de la conception de systèmes d'éclairage théâtraux
• Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication


ETC, an international leader in events lighting technology, is currently seeking someone to assist with Technical Sales as a Field Project Coordinator in our France Office. The candidate for this position will work in our Paris location to best serve our customers.

Our ideal candidate will have proven technical expertise in technology and preferably the events lighting industry. Candidates should have a clear understanding of the commercial process of delivering projects, understand the multiple systems needed in a modern performance venue, and have the ability to provide excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships with our customers.

Representative Responsibilities:
• Supports Regional manager, ETC distributors and dealers within that territory.
• Coordinates sales to the appropriate market segments and follows up on sales leads
• Demonstrates equipment to distributors, dealers, consultants, theatre planners, engineers, and end-users
• Attends exhibitions, sets up, does demos and takes down at exhibitions as required
• Visits sites and end users
• Prepares budget quotations and riser diagrams based on customer needs
• Helps develops specifications for the customers
• Develops riser diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Trains dealers and/or distributors and end users in the use of ETC products
• Assists Projects in dealing with the customer, scheduling visits and training
• Acts as a liaison to ETC in general
• Retrieves information for projects
• Notifies the World Sales department of jobs happening in other regions in SAP and email
• Provides feedback of product problems and dissatisfaction
• Responsible for the demo gear for the region
• Maintains business relationships and accounts with the Regional Manager.
• Provides telephone and e-mail support
• Answers product pricing and product application questions
• Answers specific job quote requests
• Manage SAP for the sales team
• Completes additional tasks as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
o Completes special projects and assignments in a positive and timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:
• Completed baccalaureate at Lycée/High school
• 3-5 years job-related experience
• Technical background in theatrical lighting
• SAP experience advantageous
• Extensive theatrical lighting experience / Studio lighting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ETC products
• Familiarity with competitors’ products
• Computer networking knowledge
• Ability to travel extensively
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of other software such as SAP and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Presentation and demo experience.
• Knowledge of how to run a theatrical lighting console.
• Theatrical lighting systems design experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
