Description du poste

Nous recherchons actuellement un chef de projet Pricing pour déployer notre nouvelle stratégie Pricing dans les différentes Business Areas au niveau international. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe Pricing Groupe, vous embarquez et soutenez nos équipes de vente locales pour réussir le déploiement de la nouvelle politique tarifaire et des outils associés. Vous jouez un rôle crucial en veillant à ce que nous ayons la bonne structure prix en place afin d’optimiser notre performance commerciale. Le candidat idéal favorisera un environnement collaboratif en facilitant l'échange et l'adoption des meilleures pratiques au sein de la communauté internationale pricing. 

Vos principales activités :  

  • Contribuer activement à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de notre nouvelle stratégie pricing internationale 

  • Planifier, suivre et soutenir le déploiement du Core model pricing dans le cadre du déploiement de SAP dans les différentes zones géographiques  

  • Animer et coordonner les Pricing managers locaux dans les différents déploiements et assurer l'adoption des nouveaux processus et outils 

  • Améliorer les compétences des communautés clés autour du pricing 

  • Évaluer et suivre la performance pricing des Business Areas avec les Pricing Managers locaux. 

  • Co-créer de nouvelles fonctionnalités de négociation et de pricing en partenariat avec un éditeur logiciel leader sur le marché 

  • Spécifier de nouveaux rapports de datavisualisation et outils pricing pour piloter la performance des ventes 

 

We are currently seeking a Pricing project leader to deploy our new pricing strategy in the different business areas at international level. As a key member of the Global pricing team you onboard and support our local sales teams to succeed in the deployment of new pricing policy and tools. You play an important role in ensuring we have the right pricing set-up in place to optimize our sales performance. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment by facilitating the exchange and adoption of best practices within the international pricing community. 

Your main activities: 

  • Contribute actively to the design and the implementation of our new international pricing strategy 

  • Plan, follow and support pricing core model deployment within SAP roll-out in the different Business Areas 

  • Animate and coordinate the local pricing managers in the different roll-out and ensure the adoption of new processes and tools 

  • Upskill key communities around pricing 

  • Assess and monitor Business Units pricing performance with local Pricing Managers. 

  • Co-create new negotiation and pricing features in partnership with a market leader software provider 

  • Specify new dataviz reports and pricing tools to steer sales performance 


Qualifications

  • Expérience avérée en pricing management, 5 ans (minimum) d'expérience dans un poste similaire ou en marketing dans un environnement international 

  • Formation : Master en commerce ou ingénieur 

  • Agilité et capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle  

  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes avec un mindset orienté data 

  • Capacité d'analyse de données et d'interprétation des indicateurs de performance  

  • Aptitudes à former et soutenir les équipes dans l'adoption de nouveaux processus  

  • Solides compétences de présentation et de communication  

  • Forte expérience en gestion de projet et leadership d'équipe transversale 

  • Langue : Anglais (niveau C1)  - la maîtrise du français est un plus

 

  • Demonstrated experience in pricing management, 5 years (minimum) of experience in a similar position or a marketing one in a an international environment 

  • Education: Master’s degree in business or engineering 

  • Agility and ability to work in a matrix organisation 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset 

  • Competency in data analysis and performance metrics interpretation 

  • Capacity to train and support teams in new process adoption 

  • Good presentation and communication skills 

  • Strong experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership 

  • Language: English (C1 level) - French is a plus
