izmocars () is a leading provider of interactive solutions to the automotive industry. Our products and solutions include a Digital Sales Platform for Automotive Dealers, Customer Relationship Management System and Search Engine Marketing. We are headquartered in USA with operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia. The company is expanding rapidly on the strength of its products and strong support from its loyal customer base. We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to be based out of our offices near Paris, France.The Digital Project Manager is responsible for documenting client requirements and working with the offshore delivery team for implementation. The ideal candidate will be multi-lingual and fluent in French & English. The candidate must be Google Adwords Certified. Experience in Automotive industry is preferred. Responsibilities Manage account relationship with select client organization(s) Follow the scope of an online project that goes from the proposal stage, to the technical work up, and finally to the delivery of the web product. Write project specification and document client requirements Create detailed Change Requests and Issue documentation for projects under implementation Create User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for delivery teams Generate periodic project status reports to be presented to company stakeholders; detail data, tasks and processes. Follow up on client approvals for marketing campaigns / activities Meet with the client on a monthly basis to discuss progress and set expectations Co-ordinate with delivery team to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery Responsible for the success and satisfaction of individual client relationships Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years of experience managing digital web development projects Automotive Retail experience is preferred Online Marketing for Automotive is preferred Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multilingual - fluent in French and English Motivated self-starter, able to work in a client environment We provide a challenging work environment with a room for growth.
